The appartment has been thoughtfully furnished, with modern amenities, including stove and oven, good-sized fridge, dishwasher, and gas central heating.
The bright living/dining area has a sofa, large dining table, television and a traditional wood stove; the kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, crockery and cutlery, and the two bedrooms each have their own separate bathrooms.
Bedlinen, bathtowels and kitchen towels are included and changed weekly.
The bedrooms (both doubles, one with an additional single bed) are simply furnished and have a sunny aspect, overlooking the fields surrounding the house and the nearby thermal spa of Montepulciano.
Parking is directly outside the door (the farm itself is protected by an electronic gate). There is also a separate area where, if you care to taste the regional food 'al fresco', you can use the barbeque. Guests are also welcome to help themselves to the first fruits of the season from our garden.
