The prices above are inclusive of weekly rent, electricity, light, gas for cooking, and weekly linen change.
The gas central heating is extra, at a daily cost of 25 Euros.
There is also a separate charge of 30 Euros for the final cleaning.
The deposit is 250 Euros, based on safe return of the keys and no damage to the property by guests.
Weekends on request (not in high season).
If the booking is cancelled, the deposit will be kept by the owner.
